Shipping Policy
Once your order is received we will ship your Shisha tobacco and mix out to you within 1 - 3 working days so that you can enjoy your shisha as soon as possible.
Once and order is confirmed it is final and can not be cancelled.
If you require an order urgently them please email us on sales@b-m-t.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return Policy
We are proud of our shisha and if there is something wrong with your shisha then please get in touch and we will happily.
If you wish to return a product it must be in the same unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 28 days of purchase and the postage is at the customer cost.
